Sunday’s game between the Washington Redskins and the St. Louis Rams ended with Redskins’ winning and one player injured in each team.
The Redskins may have to see their right guard Randy Thomas done for the season with a right triceps injury. Thomas was injured in the first half of the Sunday’s game and would be evaluated today. But before that, the team had taken it as they have lost Thomas for the season and had third-year player Will Montgomery taking the place of the 11-year veteran.
And the Rams lost their right tackle Jason Smith in the second quarter for a knee injury. According to Rams Coach Steve Spagnuolo, Smith would undergo an MRI to determine the severity of the injury, and it was uncertain how long the injury would keep Smith out.
